Hawaii state legislators have introduced bills SB 1266 and HB 1040 and are trying to pass them right under our noses. These ridiculous bills talk about the restriction of over-the-counter CBD sales, which for the most part is where majority of people are getting their medicine. In order to urge lawmakers to keep hemp and CBD products legal in Hawaii voice your support through this link.

"Hawaii legislators recently introduced SB1266 and HB1040 to restrict access to over-the-counter CBD products. If these overly restrictive bills pass, many Hawaiians will be prevented from purchasing popular products that promote health and wellness. We ask for your help in ensuring Hawaiians can access all hemp products legal under federal law and in many other states.
